As human beings we live in cycles, daily, weekly, monthly seasonally. As cyclical beings, we honor the changing seasons and their influence on our journey and lives. Join us for a day of reflection and renewal as we surrender to the season of Autumn and the metal element. This is the season of contraction and moving inwards, reflection and letting go.
